Set it to Disabled, click Apply and then hit OK.

 See if it fixes the issue.

Solution 2: Setting up a Password
The error message can also appear if the user account that you are using has no password set. Therefore, in order to fix the issue, you will have to set up a password and then see if it fixes the issue. In case it does, you will have to enter a password every time you want to sign-in. However, if you wish, you can avoid this by simply disabling a Windows Group Policy. Here’s how to do it:

 Open up the Local Group Policy Editor as shown above.
 Once you have opened it up, go to the following location:
Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options

 On the right-hand side, you need to locate the ‘Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only’ policy.
 Double-click to edit it and then just set it to Disabled.

 Click Apply and then hit OK.

@id":"#Publisher","@type":"Organization
Appuals.com
@type":"ImageObject
["https://facebook.com/appuals","https://twitter.com/appuals","https://www.linkedin.com/company/appuals/","https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCR--2QnA0vYBfqsmSI3pQ9g","https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/appuals
@type":"Person
Kevin Arrows
https://appuals.com/author/admin/
Kevin is a dynamic and self-motivated information technology professional, with a Thorough knowledge of all facets pertaining to network infrastructure design, implementation and administration. Ok, the reason this doesn't work is the security model in Windows Vista and newer. An account in the administrators group still runs everything not explicitly elevated as a limited user. The exception is the Administrator account, which runs everything elevated. For this reason, it is considered generally bad to use as your login account, and is normally disabled. 2ff7e9595c
